How do I confirm the right RO membrane or replacement consumable?
Start with the existing product label, model number and system details. For RO membranes or other replacement consumables, please provide the current model, application, feed water type or water quality specification, and the approximate flow rate or capacity of the system. Photos of the existing product, filter housing, membrane vessel or system nameplate can also help us check suitability before supply.
Can Crystwater help match a replacement if I currently use another brand?
In many commercial and industrial systems, replacement consumables can be selected by specification, not only by brand. Key details include size, connection type, micron rating, material, membrane dimensions, flow rate and application. If you are unsure, send us the current product label, dimensions or system photos before ordering.
What information should I provide for technical selection support?
Please provide the current product model or label, product dimensions if available, system photos, feed water type or water quality, required treated water quality, application, approximate flow rate or capacity, and required quantity. For membranes, media, resin or high-flow cartridges, it is also helpful to include the system type, vessel or housing size, pretreatment process and any current performance issues such as pressure increase, flow reduction, fouling, scaling or poor water quality.
Should I order online or contact Crystwater before buying?
For standard replacement products where the size and model are clear, you can order online. For RO membranes, UF or MF modules, media, resin, high-flow cartridges, bulk quantities or commercial system replacements, we recommend contacting Crystwater first so we can help confirm compatibility and supply options.
