Shipping Policy

Crystwater currently ships water treatment consumables and related products within Australia.

Shipping locations

We currently ship to addresses within Australia only.

International shipping is not available through our online checkout at this stage. For overseas, bulk or project-related enquiries, please contact us before ordering.

Standard shipping rates

Standard shipping within Australia: from $9.95

Free standard shipping: available for eligible Australian orders over $120

Shipping rates are shown at checkout before payment is completed.

Free shipping applies to eligible standard online orders only. Bulky items, remote delivery areas, large commercial orders, palletised freight, special-order products or unusually large orders may require separate freight confirmation before dispatch.

Bulky items, remote areas and commercial orders

Some water treatment products are bulky or may require special handling, even when they are not heavy. This may include Big Blue cartridges, long filter cartridges, RO membranes, filter media, resin, housings, commercial consumables and bulk orders.

If an order requires additional freight confirmation due to size, weight, delivery location or commercial delivery requirements, we will contact you before dispatch.

If additional freight charges apply and you do not wish to proceed, we will work with you to adjust or cancel the order where appropriate.

Dispatch time

We aim to dispatch in-stock orders as soon as practical after payment is received and the order is confirmed.

Typical dispatch time for in-stock online orders is 1–3 business days. During busy periods, supplier delays, stock checks or freight confirmation, dispatch may take longer.

Estimated delivery time

Standard delivery is generally estimated at 5–8 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and carrier network conditions.

Regional, remote, WA, NT, TAS and rural delivery addresses may take longer.

Delivery estimates are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, tracking details will be provided after the order has been dispatched.

Tracking updates depend on the carrier and may take time to appear after collection or lodgement.

PO Boxes and parcel lockers

Some bulky or courier-delivered items may not be suitable for PO Boxes, parcel lockers or unattended delivery points.

For larger items, please provide a physical street address where delivery can be accepted during business hours where possible.

Incorrect address or failed delivery

Please ensure your delivery address is correct before placing an order.

Crystwater is not responsible for delays or additional charges caused by incorrect, incomplete or inaccessible delivery addresses. If a parcel is returned due to an address issue, failed delivery or non-collection, additional shipping charges may apply before re-dispatch.

Authority to leave

Some carriers may allow authority to leave depending on the delivery service and address. If a parcel is left unattended, responsibility may transfer once the carrier records the delivery as completed.

If you have specific delivery instructions, please include them at checkout or contact us promptly after placing your order.

Stock availability

If an item is temporarily unavailable or requires supplier confirmation, we will contact you with an estimated dispatch time or alternative options.
